don't buy a clix
had my clix2 for about a week. so its snazzy looking and small. the screen breaks so easily, its just not worth it. spread the word. if you put this thing in your pocket and hug someone, be prepared for a $200 hug...

clix2 is flimsy garbage
don't waste your money on this one. had mine for less than a week and the screen broke (not hard to do, if you don't believe me, go check it out at the store).
also, check the iriver website. not much help...

Umm.. must've been some hug. My clix2 has survived drops and even some time in my backpack pockets of hell.. I've even reclined onto a seat with the clix2 attached to a pouch on my back (I'm 170lb) and it's still going fine..

haha funny
but seriously, just cuz it happened to you doesn't mean it happens to everyone. I have two friends, both with clix2's, and neither of them have any problems.

[EDIT] Thread Merged.
Although I would like to keep an open mind for all opinion, what you did is still considered (by me, personally) as trolling/spamming (double posting + no reason/detail provided). If you want to make your case/argument here (with detail such a how it happened, what did you do, etc), it is fine by me. However, if all you can do is trash talking than maybe you are in the wrong forum.

Dude, you need to get real
Sounds like a ipod user here trying to put down the clix2
No problems here for my clix2, they only thing this dude said correctly here was that the clix2 is snazzy looking and small.

I must say, I broke my clixy's screen from doing a retarded unprofessional front flip, however, my cell phone stood strong. With no cracks at all...at the moment I'm clixless and would really want to get it repaired...thats how much I still love that thing. So go clix!

Unless you're here to try and get help to fix/repair your clix2, which obviously you aren't.
You're at the wrong forum.

Dropped, and ok
as an FYI. I've dropped mine 3 times so far, all on accident. But, it survived, once about 2 feet onto my desk, once in the car against the hard plastic shifting area, and once against my hard wood dresser. So far, no scratches or issues. Opps!

I'm torn. I like the idea of a 4.1 in touchscreen iriver, but i want an archos 7 in. wifi screen bad. People tell me that wouldn't be portable, so i'm having trouble.
