The iriver Store 8GB clix Update - clixhere!

Just a quick update.

iriver today shipped our 8GB units to us. This means that they will arrive on Monday October 1. We have begun preparing bundles for the new player and will add a few more over the weekend to include both the Crossroads Mylarone Earphones and the A-T ONTO headphones.

A couple of Q's:
1. When will you have cradles?
2. Does the free red silicon case come with any 8gb purchase (even the bundles) for the 1st 100 sold or is it just the 1st hundred 8gb units by themselves?

Yeah, I was wondering this. And it also appears that he didn't actually sell out on units within five minutes as you had said in the other thread, considering that they didn't actually finish shipping yet.

I'm still working out the bundles but the Red silicone will probably ship with just the player. Not set in stone but most likely the case. I'll be busy this weekend trying to work out the details.

can you clarify whether or not the armband is included with the included silicone case on the redline? the item description at one point says it is included, and then says it is not.

Good catch... it's meant to say "Removable Belt Clip"
No armbands yet but i'm working on it.

Amazing as it may seem, some folks like to support the communities which they frequent...

When was the last time iriver america did anything for the iriver community in the U.S. with the exception of sell players?

Doesn't seem to out of the ordinary to me, as I chose to wait and support your site, thank you. I just didn't think you would be stocking the S10, so I didn't think he had any choice. And I'll admit that iRiverAmerica hasn't done anything for us but neglect us most of the time.
