Hmm... That's really odd. I just downloaded the file to test myself, and it worked fine. To tell you the truth, you really don't need it as I will use FL 1.1 for most of the tutorials. The tutorial I posted is specifically for FL 1.1

Yes, the clix1 and 2 can recognize a click and hold. The current UI can recognize as well! If you hold the right side for more than 2 seconds you'll be sent to a different page as oppose to a single click.

To do this, it is a bit tricky for new programmers, but with a little bit of knowledge it is possible.
