Theme Tutorial Video - clixhere!

How about someone put together a youtube demo of modifying clix themes... that way some of us visual learners can gain some skills and ask fewer theme edit questions....

well i decrypted a theme .swf into .fla, but i know sh*t about flash... gonna ask a coworker tomorow, err, today... to modify it for me

a youtube video would greatly be apreciated though, anyone with flash skills around ?

i guess the translated tutorial pics werent enough lol, sooner this topic bout clix theme's would become wider and more tutorials will come...and softwares...hopefully xD

1 hour? It can take as long as 3 hours and more if there is a lot of graphical work (i.e. Prada theme). It also involves a lot of figuring-out (which goes where and action script) than actual doing the modification.

i don't mind if you don't guys .... you can start with something simpler than Prada just to get us started. i am a fast visual learner...

Ok I've downloaded this program and intent to make the video tonight. Does anyone have anything that they want me to specifically cover?
I'm thinking I will show you:

Where everything can be found (on a proper .fla)
Where everything can be found (on a .fla produced by freeware)
How to make album art bigger (works on most themes)

And I will also cover most of the stuff on the already translated jpeg tutorials.

I have produced the first installment but it took ages and is HUGE.
200MB at 1407x900

Any ideas on what to do?

How about using iriverter or MediaCoder to transcode it to a smaller file?

I've had a look at the video at smaller resolutions and it looks rather bad.
I'll try iriverter though and see what it comes out like.

Haha wow, what a difference!!!!
I have edited an iriverter profile to create 800x600 files, the video is still very readable and is only 500kbs.

I'm having problems attaching it though.
