I guess Mike has done the hw for you...

The only variables to consider are the following:
Weight, time, and activity

What type of exercise do you do? Walking, running, jogging, etc?
Go to the site he mentioned, and pick out each activity and the respective
Calories spent per minute per kg of body weight.
