Adding album art to ID3 tgs using iTunes

I've had a look around and I can't seem to find this method anywhere , and I find it to be the easiest way to add the high res album art from iTunes to your songs permanently (if it is somewhere please delete this to save embarrassment ). To do it you need to show the artwork (little box in the bottom left corner). If it is not there either go to View > Show Artwork, hit Ctrl+G or click the forth button at the bottom left. So many options! Now you have the artwork box click the little arrow on the left of the title bar of the artwork box until the title is Selected Item. Then select all the songs from the album you want the artwork for, right-click the box and copy, then right-click the box and paste. As simple as that. You may need to change the ID3 tag version number as the clix doesn't seem to read all versions but this is explained elsewhere.
