Earphone Connection - Are My Phones Plugged In All The Way?
One common issue that comes up with some frequency is new users thinking that their earphone port on their new clix 2 is faulty. It is most likely not, in fact we have yet to see a faulty earphone port. In most cases it is because the earphones are not plugged into the port all the way.
We've taken photos of each example for use here on the site so that users can see what it should look like with their earphones properly connected.
Additionally, when plugging your earphones in, they should almost "snap" into place the connection is that tight.
