CNN and the clix 2 - clixhere!

Thought i'd share this very cool email I received last week.

Now, being somewhat skeptical, I had to verify this but lo and behold it is true! So a clix 2 along with an S10 will be headed to CNN on Monday. I'll keep you all posted as to when/if this truly materializes. *fingers crossed*

Exactly, Now if this actually atracts people to considering the product, then iRiver probably will give the nano a fight, after all it is a much better product for the same price....

Jeff, I work as a freelance writer for the BBC, and I occasionally do pieces for Reuters as well. Coincidentally, both of these media outlets are thinking of doing pieces on the clix2. Can you therefore please send me two clix2's, and throw in some armbands?

Sure... need a verifiable BBC address to ship the players to and a verifiable BBC employee name as well as a few other details.

Update:

CNN ended up doing a video podcast on the clix 2, S10 and S7! They shot it last week. I'll update this thread when it's available and when it's posted on the CNN website.

I spoke with the producer for approx. an hour last week going over the various features, etc. and he seemed to really enjoy all three players.

Isn't it ironic though that they are releasing a video on the clix2, the possible ipod Nano-killer, and releasing it on ipod service?
