Help please...!

When I recently changed the Connection type to MTP, the player formatted and all my tunes got wiped. Not a great problem but I've also lost the theme I was using (the multi-coloured swirly one). Where's it gone? And how do I get it back?

Cheers.

Use your time machine to go back to the moments before you changed mode. Copy everything you want to keep to your PC: you could put it in a folder called clix_backup. Then, back in the present, drag and drop your favourite theme back to the themes folder on the clix.

Or you could get the themes etc. from here:

Cheers for that Mike - do I detect a hint of sarcasm...?

Seems a bit weird though that the theme that was on the player when I first bought it is now not on there though...

Anyway, thanks.

Maybe just a touch of Sarcasm Lite (TM). The fact is that changing mode requires a format, and a format does remove all the files on the drive. That takes a lot of people by surprise, but it's not a big deal as the mods here have been good enough to make the original content available. There really should be a big yellow notice in the box.
