PDF Support

Will the clix2 support PDFs?

If so, how well does it handle them? I'm hoping to put lecture slides on it, which average 1.25 MB each.

Only if you convert them to text first.

(No, it does not support pdf.)

I have used a shareware program called ABC Amber Image Converter to convert pdf files to jpg images in the past. This might work for your lecture slides. I have not tested for the clix2 yet, I just ordered mine last night.
Free download ABC Amber PDF2Image Convertor, convert PDF documents to JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, JPG

I got my clix2 on Saturday, tried the jpg files created from the ABC Amber converter, and the images worked. Be forwarned that if the pdf contains small font text, it will be difficult to read on the clix2 screen.
