- Increased scan speed when holding the scan button for longer than 5 seconds during a song

This is pretty much standard on all mp3/cd players and I cant understand why the clix wouldnt include this

3 - I think that if I can choose the font from settings menu It would be nice to choose the color too. I dont want to turn on mi pc, get in flash, change color and get back to clix.
6 - You're right. Now I think in get some additional function to the smart button just to get that info (album, song name, artist) like the black screen when is charging or side left to unlock message when locked in order to get more battery time.
7 - I know that, but, I dont use WMP and I would like to do it with the clix on the go.
8 - I like to get the entire album, you know I think on it like a concept or message from the artist, but it dont mean that I like all songs at first. With a few songs I need more time or I want to hear it on specials moments. For example, yesterday I was running with my clix in shuffle mode and I really like Zeitgeist from Smashing Pumpkins but I had to stop running, get the clix from the arm-case and press next, because I cant hear the United States song when running, don't ask me why.

I have audiobooks and while they are extremely useful, sometimes I don't want to listen to them while on random. This is also true for some long lectures I have that play when I am in play all mode.

It's obviously not that hard to just skip, but it would be nice to have a way to hold it off from being read when on a random play - unless selected individually.

I'd love to see the 8gb bug fixed so that all the DAPs memory is available in MTP mode. But more then that I would like iRiver to add a common name for cover art. Allowing users to copy over the album art in UMS mode, placing it in the same directory as the album then having the DAP pull the image on playback.

Another thing I would like to see is the source code... iRiver should go open source. Then I could just write the firmware the way I want it to be....but I'm not going to hold my breath on that one.

I'd like to play music videos, but the Clix 2 is not designed for them.
The sequential play option is for files named like split movies
filename1
filename2
The play all option requires the video to be fast forwarded to the end to play the next file, in other words, there is no skip button for videos.
It doesn't even have a quick list option to control the secuence, and it does not have support for any kind of video playlist, which it should have.
This all should be fixed but it'd be even better it would let the player intercalate audio only with audio/video files.
Prioritize MUSIC VIDEOS vs movie videos, after all how many use it for watching movies? and how many for music videos.

Going to "MUSIC / PLAYLISTS /" selecting any playlist and trying to enter a menu to queue the whole playlist by keeping the right button pressed is useless.

It does NOT add the whole playlist to the queue.
It does add the whole content of any given artist, album, or genre.
I do not believe to be mistaken given that this have remained over various firmware updates.

To bold it up, it should Queue playlists.
