I've owned a 1st Gen Clix now for probably about 7 months and have never gotten it to work correctly with Rhapsody To Go 4.0. I've always had "insufficient rights" issues all over the place and then when they upgraded their client a while back, I got the dreaded looping rebooting/hanging when connected to Rhapsody.
Now, with the newest client upgrade from last week (Client Build 4.0.2.154) (upgrade through the Rhapsody client itself under HELP>CHECK FOR UPDATES) and then also tried the following trick
one last time (got advice to do so through Rhapsody CS; I've tried this before and it didn't work for me):
1. Unplug the device sign out and close Rhapsody completely.
2. Delete MCS.RMA file.
To do so, please follow the steps provided:
1. Close Rhapsody.
2. Click the Windows Start button. Then click Run.
3. Type %windir%\system32\ and click OK.
4. Find the mcs.rma file.
5. Right-click mcs.rma and select Delete.
6. Close the window.
4. Customer needs to sign in into Rhapsody account and connect the device and transfer the tracks.
And now my Clix happily accepted streamed Rhapsody playlists (with To Go tracks) with not one "insufficient rights" error! I even got album art for many tracks, but not for all for some reason. I'll have to look into that more.
But I'm just thrilled I can transfer Rhapsody To Go playlists, streaming, to my device. No hard drive clutter with Rhapsody To Go tracks and no errors.

First time for me since owning a 1st Gen Clix
