Hiss?

Hey,

I bought some Sennheiser CX300 for my U10, 3 weeks ago. I'm really satisfied with how they sound, however in the past few days I have noticed that there's some audible hiss. It goes something like this:

1) I start the player - no hiss
2) Move around the menu - no hiss
3) Select a song to play - hiss
4) Stop song, change - hiss
5) Move around the menu - hiss

Why does this happen? I don't remember this happening when I first got my Sennheiser's. I tried with the earbuds (basicaly 1 earbud, the other is...missing ) that came with my U10 and the hiss is not there (or is not audible).

Thanks

Biggest thing to remember.. Not all earphones/headphones look, act, feel or sound the same. Some sound shrill, some flat, some tinny, some boomy, etc....

That's just CX300 being too sensitive to the floor noise of some electronic devices. It is known that some canalphones suffer from this issue, and really nothing you can do about it.
