I'm having a small problem with using my Clix (which Napster says is a compatible "to go" device) and Napster to go i sync a track and when i try to play it,it says "To play this track you must sync your device to your PC" despite having synced the track and the device being compatible is there a solution to get the tracks to work

I don't think your the only person having this problem, I've heard of other Clix users having the same problem. I believe the latest firmware updated will help...

i just have to add that tracks that i have purchased (either with free track credit or paid for) work perfectly fine if that makes any difference
