I have a first generation clix which I ran dry from a battery standpoint. It now is dead. It doesn't charge. Resetting does nothing. I haven't been able to figure out how to reformat a device that cannot be "seen" by windows media player or the computer? I found a copy of the clix manual on a web page (for some weird reason, iriver doesn't post the manual for the first generation clix on its web page) and it speaks of iniatilization, but how you do this when the unit is dead isn't clear. Any suggestions?
