So, my Clix + Windows Media Player is behaving oddly. First off, I can browse the clix in My Computer -- it works fine. But it won't show up in WMP no matter what I do. In addition, I tried running the firmware updater -- it just doesn't show up. I can't get the window for the updater to actually appear; the process is running, but there's no window. So, I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Have you restarted your PC?

in WMP provided you have your Clix connected up to your computer go in to the sync section if the Clix doesn't show up press F5 and it will search for your device if that doesn't work if you have Real player see if the device will show up there if it does you'll just have to use that from now on to sync your player you can also try re-starting your computer or upgrading your version of WMP if it's version 10 or above it should have no problem in finding your Clix
