My car was broken into (window completely smashed out.... along with 45 other cars in my parking lot) last week and in it was my clix among a few other things. Can someone check on their clix to see if there is a serial number on the back? I don't remember if it had one and I have to give that to the police dept. If there is not one on the back, then is their one in the menus somewhere? I'm going to search to see if I can find my invoice and maybe that lists it somewhere, but I don't remember ever seeing a serial number...

Also if anyone sees a clix gen1 2gb for sale anywhere that ONLY comes with the stock soft black case, please let me know, might be mine. Whoever took it won't be able to charge it because they don't have the USB cable

Sorry to hear about this Reddshack, I sold my clix 1st gen a while ago but I vaguely remember the serial number being on the back stuck vertically along the right hand side of the back.

Might also want to check the paper box that came with your clix.

on the back of the player is a sticker with a number on it i'm assuming this is the serial number if it's not there'll be one on the box or any documentation you got when your purchased the player
