Firmware 2.12 do i need to install both HEX files

Downloaded the latest firmware for clix 2GB and there's 2 hex files in the folder U10CLIX.hex & U10PFD.hex do both files have to be transferred to the Clix or does only one of them need to be transferred

I believe I would use the official FW updater from this link:

iriver - MTP Updater for the iriver clix / U10 / T10 / T30 / H10
