Headphones
The headphones that came with my clix 2 hurt my ears, is there a particular size jack that I need to buy in my new pair (or are all earphones the same)?
Also any recommendations? Not too expensive (UK suppliers)

I think it's 3.5 mm. Anyway, it's the same size as every other mp3 player. I thought the included headphones sounded horrible, but that seems to be the case with just about all headphones that come with DAPs. It's strange, since you can get ear buds that sound much better for only 10 bucks. I guess companies try to cut costs wherever they can, but I don't get it since the way a DAP sounds is kind of important

It's the standard size headphone jack, i suggest Sennheiser, Shure, Bose, and westones are pretty good too.

The d-jays are rather small and lightweight in ear canal headphones. They have a great sound for only 100$ You can check them out at their official website. There's also a cheaper version, the j-jays...

Also adding Etymotic, Audio Technica, CrossrRoads, and Ultimate Ear to the list... but please take out Bose (especially its over-the-ear series).

This month is now like a month old but I have to say, I just got skull candy proletariat for pretty cheap, and that headphone is great for the price. There are multiple problems with some of the other brands in the lower spectrum. Sennheiser has an excellent high end product, but their cheaper stuff is kind of shitty.

In my opinion, Skull Candy is a major waste of money, even with discounted price. Although Sennheiser doesn't have a very strong low end product line, their MX500 is quite good. Their MX51 isn't too bad either, just a bit power hungry.
I had done a review on CrossRoads MylarOne X3 on Head-fi.org few months back, will repost in the forum as soon as possible (once I reorganized it).

Creative Aurvana?
Hey everybody!
Like most of you, im waiting on the 8GB Clix to come out in North America so i could grab one.
Im not that keen about the stock headphones and was interested in purchasing a pair. What im curious about is the Creative Aurvana headphones. Now i know there has been some pretty bad reviews about them and how they aren't worth their price. However, recently Best Buy has reduced the price for these headphones and they are currently priced at CDN$49.99 which i believe to be extremely cheap for "high end" headphones.
Question is are they still worth getting or is the quality so bad that even with the price reduction they are simply not worth it.
Thanks.

is FM Radio still available when you use third-party headphones?
I'm asking because on iriver's European site I read that the FM antenna is integrated in the earphones ( iriver EUROPE | Products | MultiFunction Player ).
