awesome charger for clix

Now, this is for the clix gen 1, but was wondering if it would work with the clix gen 2? it looks really cool and worth the money as my batter really isn't that amazing. It takes AA batteries and i was just wondering if anyone has this or if they've heard of it...and if it works for the clix 2. ;-)

sorry forgot to give the website haha

Looking at the i-nique site, they specifically state that it is for the U10. And their mains chargers come in different versions for U10 and U20, so I'm guessing that the clix generation 1 has a different connector.

But on proporta.com, they have something similar (rechargeable and more expensive) which is listed as suitable for U10/clix and U20/clix2: the SKU is 7058. Perhaps that one has an adaptor.

BTW, I bought a standard USB mains charger for a fiver on eBay. It works fine with clix 2.

Not used those battery extender chargers before but i bought a USB mains plug adapter for £2.50 ($5-6) and it says it's for an iPod on the unit but it will charge just about anything which uses USB in a computer it works with my Clix (U10) and N10 though my U10 battery has to be totally flat for it to charge not sure about my N10 though as the screen points towards the wall and it's near impossible to see it

That one wont work on the Clix2, Clix2 uses standard mini-USB. Clix1 used a custom charger input. I've used those Battery Extender Chargers before on my PDA's, they are GREAT for on the move backup charging. But, the joys of mini-USB is you can get a car adapter version and charge the clix2 via your car's lighter port. But, the battery lasts so long, I rarely have to use the car charger.
