In addition to the syncing problems, I also get a "USB Busy -- do not disconnect" screen on the Clix player that only goes away when I reset it. It's ridiculous. The only reason I purchased this unit was because Iriver told me it was fully compaitble with Rhapsody. I am somewhat technically savvy, but if I didn't know anything about computers, I would be even more pissed off than I am. This thing should work well out of the box. It doesn't, and neither Rhapsody nor Iriver support is well prepared to make it work.

First, you should do a search in the forum regarding issue / solution about Rhapsody before posting (if you did, that's good). To work with Rhapsody, you need to load in the Rhapsody compatible firmware (v1.11), which I assume you haven't done so. Please find your answer in the FAQ and the firmware forum.
Second, I don't know who told you that clix2 is currently fully compatible with Rhapsody, but this isn't
fully correct. The Rhapsody firmware is still beta at this moment and yet to publicly announced, but we have posted it in this thread (and others) and so far it is very promising (as reported back by our members). Also, there is a newer Rhapsody manager released on Rhapsody's forum (which can also be found on this thread), which also improves stability / compatibility. To update your firmware to the Rhapsody firmware, please refer to the FAQ (regarding firmware update).
