I purchased a 4gb Clix 2 today and have had nothing but headaches trying to get it to work with Rhapsody. Some songs sync but most don't. I've spent over 90 minutes on the phone with Rhapsody and Iriver support with nothing to show for it aside from frustration. In addition to the syncing problems, I also get a "USB Busy -- do not disconnect" screen on the Clix player that only goes away when I reset it. It's ridiculous. The only reason I purchased this unit was because Iriver told me it was fully compaitble with Rhapsody. I am somewhat technically savvy, but if I didn't know anything about computers, I would be even more pissed off than I am. This thing should work well out of the box. It doesn't, and neither Rhapsody nor Iriver support is well prepared to make it work.
