I have the Clix2 8GB w/firmware 1.14. My battery has drained twice now and when I re-charge, the clock is re-set to 1/1/2004 and all of my licenses to Rhapsody subscription songs are gone (I get the ""To play this track you must sync..." error.).

I've tried setting the clock and "updating licenses" but it does not work. Songs still appear on my player, but they can not play. So far the only solution that has worked is to re-format the player and start over. Anyone have any advice? Seems the player should not completely re-set when the battery drains. Anyone else have this problem? Is this an issue with my player?
