I decided to stick with the 1.14 firmware for a while longer to see if I could recreate the problem. Despite my best efforts, I haven't figured it out yet. I've been able to get it to happen on four separate occasions, but I'm not quite sure how. I tried to be as scientific as possible and limit all the variables, but I have yet to discover a surefire way to recreate the bug consistently. It seems to have something to do with adding tracks to your library while listening to them in a Rhapsody Channel. It may also be tied to rating the tracks. Perhaps someone else will have better luck nailing this one down.
